A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER

I'm Maurizio, founder of MyMasterMan.

Since I was young, I was driven by curiosity. To travel, to test limits, to taste life fully. It took me from Padova to London at 19 with a bag and a one-way ticket, to Japan, to Colombia, and eventually into seventeen years in luxury fashion with Prada, Fendi, Jimmy Choo, and Sergio Rossi.


That curiosity brought wins, adventure, and rare joy. It also delivered the other side. There was a stretch of my life when I had multiple languages, a decade of experience across four continents, and I could not get out of bed on a Tuesday morning. Nobody around me knew.

I made sure of that. 


At the peak, ranked at Prada as the number one salesperson in the world, the same thing found me again, dressed better this time.

From the outside, I looked like success. Inside I felt hollow, lonely, and off course. 


Panic I told no one about. Numbness after the wins. The sense that I was living someone else's script.

Malaysia is where I rebuilt. Along the way, I found teachers, mentors, and practices that changed everything. Breathwork, men's work, somatic tools, stoic clarity, and real rites of passage. For the first time in my life, I let other men see me without the performance. Those years taught me the single truth I now hold as my work: every man, everywhere, carries a silent struggle to be authentic.

I do this work because men deserve a place that is honest, practical, and uplifting. And because when a man commits to the inner work, the ripple is extraordinary. He becomes a better father, a better husband, a better leader, a better friend.

I have seen it in boardrooms in Milan and on retreat grounds in Malaysia. In men who have everything and men who are starting over. The struggle does not care about your net worth. And no man resolves it alone.

I founded MyMasterMan in Kuala Lumpur to build what I could not find when I needed it: a place where high-performing men do the inner work with structure, honesty, and other men beside them.
That is what the Men's Circles in Kuala Lumpur and Penang are.
That is what the Brave Man Retreat is.
That is what the one-to-one coaching is.

What We Believe

1. Isolation is the quiet epidemic among high-performing men. Success without connection is a slow leak.

2. Men do not need more information. They need truth, structure, and other men who hold them to both.

3. Change is trained, not talked about. The body and the calendar tell the truth the mind avoids.

4. Depth and discipline are not opposites. The strongest men we know have both.

5. No man does it alone. That was never the design.
