A men's circle is a structured gathering of six to twelve men who have agreed to stop performing and be honest.
For ninety minutes, around one specific topic, every man speaks. No advice is given. No one is fixed. No one is judged. What is said in the room stays in the room. It is not therapy. It is not a support group. It is not networking with vulnerability as the theme. It is the kind of honest conversation most men have never had, because they have never been in a tribe where it was safe to have it.
The MyMasterMan Men's Circle is facilitated personally by Maurizio Rosini in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. It runs in-person. Every circle is built around a specific topic set by Maurizio before the session.
Past topics have included: the weight men carry at work, what men hide from the people closest to them, and the version of yourself you have never shown anyone.
Each circle is different. The men who show up regularly report that the honesty compounds. The more a man hears other men speak truthfully, the easier it becomes for him to do the same. Between circles, members stay connected through a private WhatsApp brotherhood group. The connection does not end when the circle does.
THE FORMAT
What Happens in a MyMasterMan Men's Circle.
Ninety minutes. Six to twelve men. One topic. Three things happen in every circle.
1. The Opening
Every circle opens with a short breathwork practice led by Maurizio. Five to ten minutes. Not optional. Not decorative. The breathwork drops performance, settles the nervous system, and brings every man from wherever he was before he walked in the room to actually being present in it. It is the clearest difference between a circle and a conversation over coffee.
Because screens create distance. Because the work requires presence. The MyMasterMan Men's Circle is deliberately in-person in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. You cannot replicate the weight of another man's silence on a video call. You cannot feel the shift in the room when something true is said.
